Well, so dump should *support* dumping from a snapshot. It shouldn't forbid
you making a nice, ordinary, rock-solid single-user verified known-to-be good
backup first, and *then* doing later dumps from snapshots, if you're willing
to accept the risk that something might possibly go wrong and you'd have to
restore from an earlier non-fss dump.
Ideally, fss won't be experimental forever. :)
