Never mind, adding 'quick' to the pass rule fixed everything. I must
still have a LOT to learn about pf's rule assessment.

That's a whole day spent that could have been solved by a 'quick'.
Wonder where I went wrong to require this.

And the most amusing part is, I stumbled upon it while trying to expose
a web server I'm running.
