Hi!
When I quit my Xserver, I sometimes (not always) get the
following message on my console, but not in any log files
AFAICT:
waiting for X server to shut down utmp_update: Current user `wiz' does not match
`' in utmpx entry
That's on 3.99.5/i386. I usually start the X server with
"startx" and open two rxvt windows.
Additionally, just now, when logging out, I got:
May 27 10:28:54 hiro login: pam_sm_close_session(): no utmp record for console
on the console and into /var/log/authlog.
Has anyone else seen these?
Any ideas what could cause them?
Thomas
