| build.sh is what I always use unless I'm reproducing an error. I've also
| gone in and manually deleted the objdir between build.sh runs. So your
| solution would not have worked.

| I see the problem was incomplete mtree entries, fixed by Havard.

I forgot to commit that file and I only noticed it today. I was
without email for a couple of hours. Sorry.
