Why do you use X11_TYPE=native? this shouldn't be needed.
BTW to avoid future problems you should modify your mk.conf file
for pkgsrc and build.sh, like this:
.ifdef BSD_PKG_MK
pkgsrc stuff here
.else
for the base system here
.endif
At least it's very important to use BSD_PKG_MK for pkgsrc stuff.
