There is:

  cd etc && ${TOOLDIR}/bin/nbmake-${MACHINE} iso-image

but I think it has not been updated to use mkfs(8) instead of mkisofs from
pkgsrc (nor the CD bootloader, and non-ramdisk-root kernel)
