I occasionally see this:

ntpd [634]: socket(AF_INET6, SOCK_DGRAM, 0) failed on address fe 80::1: too many open files.

1.  Anyone else?
2.  Can ntpd be simply configured not to do IPv6?
3.  Is there another obvious workaround or fix?
