Hi!  I have a pair of cardbus SCSI adapters, by Ratoc systems, a CB31 and
a CB32.  The CB31 is a successfully-probed adv device.  From poking around
elsewhere, I'm pretty sure the CB32 is an adw device.

It looks like it ought to be moderately-possible to make an adw wrapper
similar to adv_cardbus, but before I go doing crazy stuff, has anyone else
got a similar piece of hardware?
