Ok, can you please do the following:

Your HOME needs to be LFS, and /urs FFS.

$ cvs -q -d:ext:anoncvs@anoncvs.netbsd.org:/cvsroot co -P pkgsrc <- in your HOME
$ mkdir /usr/pkgsrc
$ mount_null ~/pkgsrc /usr/pkgsrc
$ mkdir ~/foo
$ mount_null /usr/pkgsrc ~/foo

I'm pretty sure it will crash.
