I don't think there's any support for skipping memory, but you could
probably hack it in to the machdep startup code to allocate the bad
page and not use it.

OTOH if part of it is bad, that doesn't inspire confidence that the
rest will continue to work.  With disks, once I get bad reads, my
reaction is to replace the disk as unreliable rather than avoid those
sectors, expecting that whatever larger process led to problems will
continue.  I don't understand the physics of memory failures, so that
could be different.
