Hi,
   still trying to get my laptop sorted after an upgrade from 4.99.9 
to 4.99.18.  One remaining niggle: halt -p used to do the right thing 
(shut the machine down and power it off) but after the upgrade I 
think the system halts, the screen certainly goes blank _but_ the 
power LED (and fan?) stays on.  Any ideas?
