I reverted the fs/gs changes for now. I have local fixes, but there
are a few open issues that I want to make sure of that they are
fixed before I re-commit the changes in a different form.

There was also an issue with yamt-idlelwp in the amd64 cpu_switchto
which I fixed, but that's not going to hit you if you weren't running
Linux binaries.
