Maybe you mean eeprom(8), but:

SUN 3 SYNOPSIS
     eeprom [-] [-c] [-f device] [-i] [field[=value] ...]

SPARC, SPARC64, MACPPC and PREP SYNOPSIS
     eeprom [-] [-c] [-f device] [-i] [-v] [field[=value] ...]
