Thanks, the panic during booting is gone now, but the (my main)
problem/hang at powering down remains displaying

  acpi0: entering state 5

, staying powered on and no further reaction of the machine (beside
pressing reset or power buttons ;-)).

For consistency I vierified that older netbsd kernels and other OS's
are still capable to really power down the machine.

So, am I really the only one seeing this kind of problem!?
