This is Bouygues Telecom (French operator).
When configured with Windows, Mac OS X and EeePC Xandros, I had to provide
what they called "APN" (a2bouygtel.com). This is what I put in the
/etc/ppp/peers/bouygtel.chat, replacing your "web.vodafone.de".

My SIM card is data only (no phone call can be issued from it), if it
matters.
