build failure -m i386 on amd64

It is defined in /usr/src/gnu/dist/binutils/bfd/bfd-in{,2}.h
but not in /usr/src/gnu/lib/libbfd/arch/i386/bfd.h

Maybe mknative needs running? In the meantime, this patches it up for me...
