Hi, all.

I've updated uftdi(4) driver to accept dual channel 2232D/H model
and quad channel 4232H model.  It should provide dual/quad ucom
automagically.

2232 is now very popular model in USB JTAG market.  It's my plan
to extend uftdi(4) to drive the rich set of FTDI serial bit stream features.
