I agree with Thor, the ccd(4) functions should be rolled into dm(4)
somehow, and ccd(4) removed.  I reckon the best way is to make ccd(4) an
alternative interface to dm(4): you will still have ccd0..N instances in
your kernel, but ccd(4) as a distinct driver will be gone.
