Panic in 5.99.59 at mutex_exit

I have updated several of my amd64 machines to 5.99.59.  One machine has 
encountered the following panic twice.  Both occurrences are during the 
early morning hours, perhaps while the /etc/daily job is running.

kernel: protection fault trap, code=0
Stopped in pid 0.77 (system) at netbsd:mutex_exit+0xc:  cmpxchgq    %rdx,0(%rdi)

Faulted in DDB; continuing...

I have only a USB keyboard on this machine, so I am unable to get any 
further information.

Does anyone recognize this?
