ld.elf_so tests broken

The tests are again timing out on the TNF testbed.  On my own testbed
which is running with a longer timeout, they sometimes manage to run
to completion, and there is a bunch of new failures in various
ld.elf_so related tests:

Your commits to src/libexec/ld.elf_so on 2013.05.06.19.59.29 seem like
a likely cause.
