config broken?

Hi,

with -current source updated half an hour or so ago while trying to
compile a fresh (customized) amd64 kernel, things explicitly not wanted
(agp, ath, some fs-stuff) and commented out in the used configuration file
(GENERIC with a lot of stuff just commented with '#' or "no ... ") are
included unexpectedly by config.
Is this to be expected or just fallout from the ongoing changes to config?
