i915drmkms on Dell Optiplex 760

I was recently given a Dell Optiplex 760 minitower with an intel core2
quad (Q8200) CPU at 2.33GHz and 82Q45 chip set.  Using amd64-7.99.29 it
reports:

It works very well with the VGA output, including Xorg.  It has an HDMI
output as well, but I don't have cabling to attach it to the one
HDMI-capable display I have at my disposal (LG42LB6300 TV).
