compiler segfault building audio/musicpd

Hi!

With 8.99.1/amd64/20170721 I see a new problem building audio/musicpd:

src/output/plugins/AoOutputPlugin.cxx:232:2: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
 };
  ^
no stack trace because unwind library not available
