Re: New amd64 8.99.6 panic

I switched my old T61p yesterday to 8.99.6. The first 4/5 hours it seemed OK, modulo the weirdly disappearing mouse when starting gdm (I had to switch to another wscons and back to get it, or even restart gdm).

I've had same mouse experience lately, restarting X to get proper behaviour.

This morning I got two identical panics:
...

Nov  9 10:51:53 nt61p 1 2017-11-09T10:51:53.575076+00:00 nt61p savecore - - - reboot after panic: panic: kernel diagnostic assertion "uvm_page_locked_p(old_pg)" failed: file "/home/sysbuild/src/sys/arch/x86/x86/pmap.c", line 4253
,,,

The first was during logging in through gdm (the desktop background was already displayed, but not the rest), whereas the second happened with no Xorg running, during a full atf-run (judging by the size of the written log, about 50% of the test run had been carried out).

It is unlikely pmap.c to be the reason in itself, as the last change is from the end of October and my system has been stable this week or so. The trace is as follows:
...
(gdb) bt
#0  0xffffffff80221b95 in cpu_reboot ()
#1  0xffffffff809b0ddc in vpanic ()
#2  0xffffffff80d00675 in kern_assert ()
#3  0xffffffff80246099 in pmap_enter_ma ()
#4  0xffffffff8024617f in pmap_enter_default ()
#5  0xffffffff8092af84 in uvm_fault_upper_enter.isra ()
#6  0xffffffff8092d485 in uvm_fault_internal ()
#7  0xffffffff802232b6 in trap ()
#8  0xffffffff80201263 in alltraps ()
...

Any ideas? I have reverted to 8.99.5, it is stable on this hardware.
