With t_spawnattr.c 1.3, the tests are hanging at
lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_wait:suspend1 instead.
For example:

The test output ends with:

    suspend1: sorry, pid 13701 was killed: orphaned traced process

The next line saying

  qemu-system-i386: terminating on signal 15 from pid 27707 (/usr/pkg/bin/bash)

is me killing the qemu process manually; there was a long time with no
output between those two lines.
