LVM tutorial and snapshots

I was looking at the above page and I wonder how out of date it is.
Other than changing CRLF to LF it hasn't been touched since it was
imported in 2011.

In particular, I wonder how accurate the following line is.

"Write snapshot driver -only skeleton was written yet."

It's the only TODO not marked "DONE" yet.
