This build failure was caused by the changes to allow the ixl driver
to work on i386 ... 386 includes the PAE version where bus_addr_t is
64 bits (as is paddr_t) but most else is 32.

Until the code can be reworked to function correctly in that envvironment,
as well as on pure 32bit i386, I'd suggest reverting the recent change
and simply having the driver be amd64 only for now.
