Weird vnodes use count

Hi, 

currently I see these use counts on NetBSD current (amd64):

190698 active vnodes

All use counts are like that and on reaching a low memory situation the
pagedaemon starts spinning and can't free anything.

This might be the cause of some other reports of pagedaemon spinning.
I'll try to take a look if time allows.
