I did note after a rolling update of pkgsrc-2023Q2 that webgl was
disabled in firefox-114.0.1, but could be re-enabled in about:config
by setting webgl.disabled=false and/or webgl.force-enabled=true.

(netbsd-9 on amd64 with i915, fwiw).
