Re: modesetting vs intel in 10.0

fwiw, my main old machine seems happier with modesetting - I'm yet to
see the random artifacts I was seeing with intel; onshape, webgl, etc,
seem about as good as before. This is on recent snapshot of netbsd-10.

GPU is Sandy Bridge Intel Core i7-2600 3.4GHz
(Sandy Bridge-HE-4 id 0x206a7)
