If those 2 entried don't correspond to NetBSD's ESP partition, delete them:
efi -B -b 4
efi -B -b 5
HD1 is my recovery/backup hard drive which is bootable. I'd rather
not delete...
And if the wrong thing gets deleted, how do I recover?
After booting the HD1 recovery image? :)
I might come back to this, but not soon. Much more interested in
the patch you sent for bootx64.efi
