the amiga folks incorporated the motorola FPSP (the '040 FPU
function fixer-upper) into the tree.  I've grabbed this, made
it m68k-generic.  take a look at the m68k files.m68k file for
more info, and take a look at the amiga code for info on how it's
used.

i've also removed the amiga-local copy.
