My changes didn't make it in for that.  Oops.  Sorry...  I've fixed up
the code a bit more than that, now, to split the RBV and VIA2 into
different functions instead of doing and if() before every access.
Seems to make sense ;-)  I checked these changes (via.c and locore.s)
in last night--I think the sup scan picked them up, but I haven't
looked.

Let me know if this appears to be a positive or negative change...
