Further testing reveals that DT is working ok, with one problem; it's totally
invisible.  Also, it dumps core on a floating exception when I use the <cmd-p>
toggle pointer command.  Any ideas? Could it have to do with
ownership/permissions of the adb, grf*, or pseudoterm devices?
