Version 1.1 of the NetBSD/Mac68k booter is available on
cray-ymp.acm.stuorg.vt.edu.

If you are doing OK without it, don't bother to get it ;-)  The biggest
features are that it should save the setting if you turn off "Auto-Size
RAM" and it will load more of the kernel (so the kernel debugger will
actually have symbols)...
