1. make the appropriate symbolic link from /etc/localtime to
/usr/share/zoneinfo/*.
# ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/Japan /etc/localtime
2. reconfigure the kernel.
I don't know how to reconfigure the kernel(Maybe I need sources).
So, I made symbolic link.
