Anyone had any luck with this one?

I got everything installed and set up, but it won't run.
I don't even get as far as seeing any of these "gray bars" that
I think I'm supposed to see.

I do get some message about a tripple panic and some comment about
not enough oreos and cool whip or something like that... Something
is written to the boot message window, but its obscured by the
panic non-modal dialog box.

I'll take any suggestions- I'm working on getting a null modem
cable for a tty console so I can see the messages and (when it runs)
avoid the scrolling problems.
