Subject: Getting nowhere with NetBSD on an SE/30

After installing netbsd10.patched, base10, and etc10 (retrieved two days
ago from the cray site) onto a 160 meg disk drive in an SE/30, I used the
Booter to launch NetBSD... And only got about two seconds into the
process, dying with the message:

Booting...507368+42724+96584 Bye-bye...
     When in danger or doubt,
Run in circles, scream, and shout.

Or just shoot your dog.

Cute, but anticlimactic. What's going on? The only odd thing about the
SE/30 is that the internal video is fried, but there's an external one-page
display (B&W) occupying the expansion slot. RAM is 8 megs.

Is there any hope for this Mac?

Thank you very much for any information.

-David.
