You can see it in /etc/netstart.

For my instance,
% cat /etc/hostname.ae0
inet    cxbsd   255.255.255.224 202.19.146.127
^^^^    ^^^^^   ^^^^^^^         ^^^^^^^
default name of    subnet mask   broadcast address
        the machine
