How can I get the makefiles in /usr/share/doc/smm to work? Whenever I try
to make for any of the targets in them, make reports that it can't find
bsd.doc.mk ... where is this located/can I get it? Trying to configure
this system without being able to read the docs is rather like flying
with your eyes shut...
