My IIvx booted all the way, even into multi user mode.
I am able to log in and run commands.

I get the following error message during boot:
/dev/sd0a: file system not clean; please run fsck(8)
even after I run fsck single user.

The first boot I got a panic only after running:
shutdown -r now

The second boot I got this error after a few commands:
m_fault(106000, 8b8200,1,0)->1

Wow, this is close!  I'm very excited.  Great work!
