A working binary version of fvwm can be found on the NetBSD/Amiga archives,
at ftp.uni-regensburg.  This includes all of the relevant libraries, and
works fine on my SE/30.  So unless you (Tim Barthel) are trying to compile
fvwm as an exercise or something, you might be better off just ftp'ing the
binary.
