Speaking of multibutton mice, anyone looked into support for the Kensington
TurboMouse?  After looking at the registered ADB devices the TurboMouse looks
like 2 pointer devices to the ADB subsystem.  I dont think it would be that
hard to modify the abd code to recognize the second device as the 2nd button
and a strobe of them both as the 3rd.  But then again, I'm not a programmer.

If anyone wants to try to modify the src to use the TurboMouse, let me know
and I can supply info from MacBSD at boot and from Apples ABD scanning util
I found on ftp.info.apple.com near the Slots program.
