It needs to be short. You should be able to flash it in someones eyes
(who is not a Unix or Net guru), and it sits there; an impression
rather than a full sentence. It also needs bring forward the qualities
with NetBSD that you/we want to display: flexibility, stability, code
quality, the fact that it is free, others ...
