It might even be worth promoting these Bugtraq stats a bit more.
Yes, people will go on about how less popular systems are less
tested, but there's still no question in my mind that less popular
means that it not only looks more secure, but _is_ more secure.
Linux buffer overflow exploits, for example, don't generally work
on NetBSD, and the people with the expertise to make them usually
don't make NetBSD versions, especially for non-i386 architectures.
The same goes for rootkits and other hacker kiddie tools. So they
go for the easy prey--Linux boxes--and leave the others alone.
