On June 1st 1999 I resign from NetBSD's core team and from the
NetBSD Foundation board.

The time that I can and want to devote to the project in these positions
is up.  Indeed, I have overstretched my term already, mainly because I felt
that any successors should be able to start out with a more adequate
project management structure in place. There have been several attempts
to make that happen. Yet it seems it is not going to take shape any
time soon and I can no longer justify my continued presence in that process.
I hope others are able to take it to completion one day.  Anyway, thanks to
you all for putting up with me for such a long time.

For the record, I will continue to work on the project in other areas,
like taking care of the sparc port.
