I would like to welcome a new developer,  Shuichiro URATA <ur@NetBSD.org>.
He has already contributed kernel softfloat support for hpcmips,
NEC RISCstation 2250 and it's PCI support for arc, and I hope he'll
improve various aspects about arc and other mips ports.
