The NetBSD Foundation annually elects members to serve on its Board of
Directors, according to its bylaws.  (For more information, please see
http://www.netbsd.org/Foundation/.)

This year, the following Directors were elected, and started their
terms on February 8, 2004:

	Christos Zoulas (re-elected)
	Lex Wennmacher
	Tracy Di Marco White

As a result of the election, Alistair Crooks and Scott Reynolds have
left the board.  On behalf of the NetBSD Foundation, I'd like to thank
them for their service.
