ISO/IEC 9899:1990, section 7.10, "General utilities <stdlib.h>" (page 149):
"The macros defined are NULL (described in 7.1.6); [...]"

In fact NULL should be defined in all of:
<stddef.h>
<locale.h>
<stdio.h>
<stdlib.h>
<string.h>
<time.h>

I haven't checked these header files in netbsd 0.9-current (sorry).
