I think you should leave it alone, being the anti-PC curmudgeon that I
am.  However, if the majority feel that it has to be changed, then I
think that removing the "in Riyadh" part should be sufficient.  The
joke would still mostly be there, but no one could be offended by a
generic 'promptness sticklers'.
